If there is such a thing as kinda fit, kinda fat, that is us! We cycle and regularly hit the gym. We have ridden 100 miles in a day and done elliptical marathons, yet we still carry the extra pounds that come with life. We have hobbies and interests outside of the lifestyle that sometimes take priority, so we may not always be available, but we usually can make time.
