This Bedtime story is a lot different than the ones I grew up with.

I am conflicted by the inherent innocence of nursery rhyme and adult themed eroticism. Superb!

I really like the author's voice!

And the facsimile of the speech.

Hi

That is a good point about fairy tales. I think they are certainly a powerful medium of communication as they deal with major archetypes in a manner that can have a deceptive appearance, especially to impressionable minds. I think they can also be used as tools of propaganda and indoctrination. I think they can have multiple layers of application, all in the same story structure.

I haven't seen "Life is Beautiful" (1997) but I am going to see if it is available on my thing. I will update you when/if I watch.

Ms. Necter

I just watched "Life is Beautiful".

Life certainly seems a lot more beautiful after watching. I loved the movie!

It was an interesting blend of quirky, comedic, and clever, transposed upon subject matter of a most serious nature.

I see you... Much like Prince Guido... Using your fertile imagination to bring beauty into the lives of others.

Thank you for recommending the movie to me.
